At Creative Kids, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we have established the following policy:

1. Digital Products & Courses
All our courses, digital downloads, and online materials are considered "used" once they are accessed or downloaded.

Therefore, we typically do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will review any issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution. 


2. Exceptions
We want you to be satisfied with your experience. Refunds may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, we will refund the second transaction if reported within 24 hours.

Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the content due to a verified technical error on our part that we cannot resolve within 72 hours of being notified.

3. Cancellation Policy
One-time Purchases: Since these are not subscription-based, there is no ongoing "cancellation" required. Access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

Workshop Bookings: If you have booked a live digital workshop or session, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be eligible for a credit toward a future session. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
